1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how AutoClicker ("the App", "we", "us", or "our")

handles information when you use our Android application. We are committed to

protecting your privacy. AutoClicker is designed to work entirely on your

device: we do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal data.

By downloading, installing, or using AutoClicker, you agree to the practices

described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please

do not use the App.

This policy is written to comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies,

the Google Play User Data policy, the Google Play Permissions and APIs that

Access Sensitive Information policy (including the AccessibilityService API

requirements), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California

Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Children's Online Privacy Protection

Act (COPPA).

2. WHAT AUTOCLICKER DOES

AutoClicker is an automation utility. It lets you place tap targets and swipe

paths on your screen and then performs those taps and swipes automatically at

the interval, repeat count, and delay you configure. A floating control panel

lets you start, pause, and stop the automation over other apps.

AutoClicker is an automation tool. It is NOT an accessibility aid and is not

designed for users with disabilities. It uses Android's Accessibility Service

solely as a technical means to dispatch the automated tap and swipe gestures

that you set up.

3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We want to be explicit: AutoClicker does NOT collect, transmit, or share any of

the following.

  - Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, address).

  - Account or login information (the App has no account or sign-in).

  - Location data (GPS, network, or IP-based location).

  - Contacts, call logs, SMS, photos, files, or media.

  - Financial or payment information.

  - Advertising identifiers (we do not serve ads or use ad SDKs).

  - Analytics, usage tracking, crash-reporting, or telemetry data.

  - Screen content, keystrokes, or the content of other apps.

The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking software

development kits (SDKs). Nothing you do inside AutoClicker leaves your device.

4. INFORMATION STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE

To function, AutoClicker saves certain settings LOCALLY on your device only.

This information is never uploaded to us or to any third party:

  - Your automation configurations, such as tap-point coordinates, swipe paths,

    interval (in milliseconds), repeat count, and start delay.

  - Saved "scenarios" (named collections of your automation setups).

  - App preferences, such as vibration or sound feedback toggles.

This data is stored in the App's private storage sandbox using standard Android

mechanisms (e.g., SharedPreferences and/or a local database). It remains on your

device, is accessible only to AutoClicker, and is permanently deleted when you

clear the App's data or uninstall the App.

5. PERMISSIONS WE REQUEST AND WHY

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

AutoClicker requests only the permissions required to perform automation. Each

permission is used strictly for the purpose stated below, and only after you

grant it.

  a) ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE)

     Purpose: To dispatch the automated tap and swipe gestures you configure.

     Android requires the Accessibility Service (specifically the

     dispatchGesture API) so the App can perform taps and swipes on your behalf.

     What we access: We use this permission ONLY to perform gestures. AutoClicker

     does NOT read, record, log, or transmit the content of your screen or the

     content of any other app. The service is configured so it cannot retrieve

     window content.

     Your control: We request this permission only after showing you a clear,

     in-app disclosure and obtaining your affirmative consent. You may revoke it

     at any time in Android Settings > Accessibility, and you can pause or stop

     automation from the floating panel at any moment.

  b) DISPLAY OVER OTHER APPS (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW)

     Purpose: To show the floating control panel on top of other apps so you can

     add taps, draw swipe paths, and start or stop automation.

  c) POST NOTIFICATIONS (on Android 13+)

     Purpose: To display a foreground-service notification while automation is

     running, as required by Android, so you always know the service is active.

  d) VIBRATE (optional)

     Purpose: To provide haptic feedback when auto-clicking starts or stops, if

     you enable that setting.

  e) FOREGROUND SERVICE

     Purpose: To keep the automation running reliably while you use other apps.

We do not request access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage

media, SMS, call logs, or any other sensitive permission.

6. ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE — SPECIAL DISCLOSURE

In accordance with Google Play's policy on the use of the AccessibilityService

API, we disclose the following prominently:

  - AutoClicker uses the AccessibilityService API to programmatically perform

    tap and swipe gestures that you have explicitly configured.

  - This is the only viable Android mechanism to automate on-screen gestures

    without rooting your device.

  - AutoClicker does not use the AccessibilityService to collect user data, read

    on-screen content, harvest information, or serve advertising.

  - Data obtained through the Accessibility Service (limited to the gesture

    dispatch necessary for automation) is never shared with third parties and is

    not used for any purpose other than performing your requested automation.

You provide informed, affirmative consent to this use through an in-app

disclosure screen before the permission is requested.

7. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Because AutoClicker keeps all data on your device, the only "use" of information

is to make the App work for you: to remember your automation setups and

preferences, and to perform the taps and swipes you configure. We do not

profile you, target advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

8. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your information with any third

party. Because no data ever leaves your device, there is nothing for us to

share. We do not transfer data to advertisers, data brokers, analytics

providers, or any external server.

We may disclose information only if required to do so by law; however, as we do

not collect or hold any personal data on our servers, we would have no user data

to disclose.

9. DATA SECURITY

All configuration data is stored within the App's private, sandboxed storage,

which is protected by the Android operating system and is not accessible to

other apps. Because we do not transmit data off the device, there is no network

transmission to intercept. You can further protect your device with a screen

lock, and you can remove all App data at any time by clearing data or

uninstalling.

10. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Your saved scenarios and preferences remain on your device until you delete

them. You can delete individual scenarios inside the App, clear all App data

from Android Settings > Apps > AutoClicker > Storage > Clear data, or uninstall

the App to remove everything permanently. Since we hold no data on our side,

uninstalling the App completely erases all information associated with it.

11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

AutoClicker is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under

the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App

collects no personal data from anyone, no personal data from children is

collected. If you believe a child has provided personal information, note that

none is transmitted to or stored by us.

12. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR

(European Economic Area, UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California), including the rights

to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or

restrict its processing.

Because AutoClicker does not collect or store personal data on our servers, we

hold no personal data to access, correct, port, or delete on your behalf. You

retain full and direct control over all data stored locally on your device and

can delete it at any time as described in Section 10. We do not "sell" or

"share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Your download and any

optional in-app review actions are subject to Google's own Privacy Policy

(https://policies.google.com/privacy), which is outside our control. AutoClicker

itself integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, or backend services.

14. INTERNATIONAL USERS

AutoClicker processes all data locally on your device regardless of your

country. No international data transfer occurs because no data is transmitted off

your device.

15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the

App or in legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date

at the top of this document and post the updated policy at the same URL. Your

continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the

revised policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
